Hello. I am a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology at Duke University. My main interests are in political sociology, social movements, knowledge, culture, and religion. My dissertation research uses computational methods to examine how the organizational ecology of online political news media makes specific audiences more or less likely to accept misleading and highly partisan information. I also have interests in secularization and public understandings of science.
